Medical Receptionist

We’re looking for two friendly, professional, and compassionate Medical Receptionists to join our welcoming front-desk team. 

We pride ourselves on creating a warm and supportive environment for both our patients and our staff.  As the first point of contact for our community, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. 

What you’ll do: 

• Greet patients with a smile and a helpful attitude 

• Manage appointments efficiently and accurately 

• Handle patient queries both in person and over the phone 

• Work closely with our clinical team to keep everything running smoothly

Location:   

Redgate Medical Centre & Somerset Bridge Medical Centre (own transport essential) 

Hours: 2 Part-time positions  

Post 1 = 18 hours (Monday 8am-1pm), Tuesday 8am-6pm), Wednesday 8am-12pm) 

Post 2 = 16 hours (Monday 12.30-6pm, Wednesday 7.45am-1pm, Friday 1-6.15pm)
